Using the 'Seoul Smart Inconvenience Report' app provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, citizens can report various inconveniences they experience in their daily lives anytime, anywhere using their smartphones. Reported inconveniences are received at the Seoul Metropolitan Government's '120 Dasan Call Center' and promptly handled by the relevant department. You can also check the processing process and results using the ‘Seoul Smart Inconvenience Report’ app.

- Location: Used to provide a current location-based map service with permission to access the location of this device
(reporting is possible even when not allowed, but if not allowed, the reporting location may not be accurate and reporting may not be processed smoothly.)

[Caution]
1. The location selection function when reporting inconvenience confirms the location using 3G/4G, WiFi (wireless LAN), and GPS information. Errors may occur depending on the surrounding environment such as large buildings and indoors. GPS If the location is not installed or cannot be confirmed using a wireless network, the accuracy may be very low.
2. Seoul Smart inconvenience reports are received and processed only for facilities managed by the Seoul Metropolitan Government or delegated work.
