2. The procedure for submitting requests for electronic documents to the PFC has been simplified - the obligation to sign the user's CEP request has been removed.
In the last update the following was implemented:
- reflection of the pension certificate;
- filing a request for information;
- submission of a questionnaire for making changes to the RZO;
- submission of simple appeals (complaints, questions, suggestions, petitions)

2. Authentication and initial registration of BankID and MobileID through the Integrated Electronic Identification System (GOV ID) have been
developed. 3. Personal Cabinet of Mass Electronic Service (CMES) has been developed.
