Ozon PVZ is all you need for the full operation of Ozon pick-up points. Opening a point begins with agreeing on the location in the application, all communication about launching the point takes place there, and after the start of work, the application will help you search for orders, issue them and accept returns.
You need the application to:
• register as a partner of the Ozon distribution point network;
• select on the map and agree on the location of the opening;
• monitor the status of approval for opening;
• coordinate with Ozon the repairs at the point and the launch of its work;
• search for orders by number or barcode (using your phone/tablet camera);
• maintain order in the item's warehouse: in the application you indicate where the order is located and change its placement location, if necessary;
• issue orders, cancel goods and parcels that customers do not pick up;
• accept returns from customers.
