Access rights are divided into essential access rights and optional access rights, and in the case of optional access rights, you can use the app even if you do not agree to the permission.
■ Required access rights
· Storage space: Stores certificates with device photo, media, and file access rights, and is used to check OS tampering for enhanced security.
· Phone: Used to connect to branch offices and set PUSH environment with the authority to make and manage calls.
■ Optional access rights
· Camera: Used for photo taking and video recording rights, for copying QR certificates, QR easy payment, taking ID cards for non-face-to-face real name confirmation, and video consultation.
· Location: Permission to access the location of this device is used to find a nearby branch based on location.
· Microphone: Permission to record audio, used for voice recognition and video consultation in Interactive AI Banking (SORi).
· Address Book: Used to select recipients when transferring contacts.
■ If you are using a smartphone with Android OS version 6.0 or lower,
all of them can be applied as essential access rights without selective access rights.
In this case, after upgrading the operating system to 6.0 or higher, you must delete and reinstall the app to set access rights normally.
