The Public Sector Self-Service is a solution for Government clients, which provides various banking operations, functionalities, information and business specific to the day-to-day of the Public Manager, such as: consultation of balances and extracts, transfer of files, , transfers between accounts, etc.
In terms of security, several mechanisms are used to protect the client in their transactions: requirement of at least two signatures to release financial transactions (transfers and online payments); certification of last access; 128-bit encryption; automatic closing of session (Time Out); block transfers to personal accounts; restriction on granting broad powers and pre-registration of accounts authorized to participate in transfers of amounts above the established daily limit.
As regards legislation, the solution has to comply with the principle of legality of administrative acts; reporting to assist in reporting; the adequacy of the format of the statements to the requirements of the courts of accounts and the alignment with the Fiscal Responsibility Law and new SPB.
