The Northern City Development Check (formerly the Taipei Children's Development App) provides information on the development of children aged 0-6 years and provides early treatment information. If the child's place of residence is in Taipei City, you can also leave a message to the social worker through the development check function. Parents (or the main caregiver) can check the child's development at any time through this APP.

This app has 4 major functions, namely:
1. Know early treatment:
The content is to introduce early treatment and related information, including:
‧ Emphasis on the importance of preschool children's development ‧ Children's development FAQ ‧ North City Development Check APP Service Process ‧ Taipei City Early Treatment Notification and Referral Center ‧ Taipei City Early Treatment Community Resource Center
2. Development check:
Content for children aged 0-6 years development check
3. Early treatment resources:
The content is related to Taipei's early treatment resources, including ‧ medical assessment ‧ treatment training ‧ kindergartens ‧ welfare grants
4. Early treatment mailbox:
The content is to contact the Taipei Early Childhood Notification and Referral Center.
