In the Gömbvillám program, we have included everything that those who are just starting to run might need. We help you from the first running steps, so that your preparation is personalized and injury-free, and ultimately a source of joy, not drudgery.
Why choose the Globelight program?
- Free
We consider it very important to help runners even with their first steps, which is why we decided that our Ball Lightning program is (and will remain) completely free. Until you can run for 30 minutes, you train with us for free!
- Application instead of
e-mails We don't send training plans by e-mail, instead we created the first training planner and training diary application in Hungarian! The application can be downloaded from the Google Play and AppStore stores!
- Weekly feedback - Training monitoring
There is no other application in the world that monitors your completed training. We monitor your completed training sessions and evaluate them and give you weekly feedback! If necessary, we encourage you, if necessary, we praise you! Need more motivation?
- Video series for beginners
We know you're full of questions! We know what's on your mind and what you're going through in the first few weeks! We won't let go of your hand! We come up with a professional video every week, you won't even notice and we've already introduced you to the world of running!
- Workout plans from real trainers
Our training plans were not written by an automaton, a sports watch calculator or some kind of impersonal artificial intelligence. Behind our training plans are real professionals with coaching qualifications, whom you can even meet or talk to!
- Closed Facebook group
Do you have a question? Would you be proud of a completed workout? Looking for a running partner? Our closed Facebook group includes runners like you and our coaches. No question remains unanswered, no completed training is left without a like!

What can the application do?
During the 16-week program, you receive your workouts here, you can manage them here, and the program also stores the data of the completed workouts. Workouts will be visible week by week in the application, as well as rest days.
On a training day, all you have to do is start the day's training and when you're done, mark it as done. If you have a heart rate monitor or sports watch, you can also easily connect it with the application.
Next to each workout, you will find a description of it, in which we describe in detail what to pay attention to and how to complete the given day's workout. We help you understand what feelings are associated with each workout and intensity. We will hold your hand and help you maintain your motivation.
During the training, you can monitor how much time is left from the training and the given section, what heart rate/intensity you are running at the moment, and what pace is associated with it on the screen of your phone. Don't be scared, in the beginning you will most likely just walk/hike. But over time, this will become intense walking, which will soon be replaced by running.
