When you download our mobile application, which we have integrated into the carpet washing program system, to your phone; When purchasing products from your customers, you can easily add M2, Carpet Type, Quantity, etc. details from your mobile phone by adding the product to the cart and give the Receipt, Delivery information slip at the door. The application briefly works as follows;
• The order comes to your Head Office by phone and is sent to your mobile phone with 1 button.
• The phone gives an audible and visual warning.
• If you need to call the customer by phone, you can call with one touch from the customer information screen.
• By entering the Product Type, M2, and Quantity at the door, you can issue a corporate receipt containing your Logo and all your information to the customer. The order information slip comes out of the small thermal printer attached to the waist.
• During the delivery phase, you can add the order to the delivery list with a single click by typing the receipt number through the NegroPos Carpet Cleaning Program or your Android App.
• When the delivery is made, the collections are automatically reflected in the system.
• While your vehicle is out, you can find the Customer (by Phone Number or Name Surname) from your mobile phone and create a new order.
