The tide.info application in its "Essential" formula offers you the essential tide predictions for each port:
• the tide clock for the current tide,
• the precise height calculated at the time,
• the table of high and low tides
• the coefficient calendar with search,
• the calendar menu with the coefficients and phases of the moon.
For more reliability and safety at sea, the application works without internet. Only installation, updates and subscription management require a 4G or WIFI connection. Make sure everything is working before you go to sea.
To offer you the best, tide.info relies on official predictions from SHOM, the French Navy's Hydrographic and Oceanographic Service. These official data are calculated annually and consolidated from tide gauge readings along the coast. The data for year N+1 is calculated during year N. An annual update is therefore necessary (see Settings/Data).
SHOM data is distributed by tide.info under a commercial license. The license and the developments are financed by subscriptions.

The subscription is linked to your Google Play Store account and it renews automatically by default. If you don't want to, go to your Google Play Store account to cancel the subscription. In the event of a price change during the subscription, automatic renewal is stopped.
DETAIL OF FUNCTIONS:
- The port selector:
It allows you to switch from one port to another and to manage your favourites. A clock on each port allows a quick glance at the state of the tide.
- The tide clock:
The clock gives you the state of the tide at time T for the selected port. The needle rotates clockwise. When the needle is on the right of the dial, the sea goes down from High Sea to Low Sea then the needle goes to the left of the dial for the rising tide (from low tide to high tide). The coefficient is indicated in the small window of the clock.
- the "notepad" next to the clock has several pages:
--> Full and Low Sea of the moment with times and heights
--> Mini graph of the rising or falling tide with precise height (unlike a sinusoidal approximation)
--> Duration, Tidal range and 12ths
- The tide table:
Predictions by date: times, heights and coefficients
The calendar menu allows access to a specific date but you can also scroll through all the dates that can be consulted (access depending on your subscription).
- The calendar:
Displays the coefficients, holidays, weekends and public holidays. The "magnifying glass" activates the search by criteria. Ex: You can display high tide dates for Saturdays and Sundays only.
