Meditation App is a mobile application that is designed to introduce you to the world of mindfulness, teach meditation, but also support you in developing and building healthy habits that are good for you.

It is also supposed to be helpful for you in difficult moments, teach you how to deal with fears and make friends with stress, so that it is not a blocker for you, but a support, because stress can be really good if the dose is right and if we know how to deal with it advise 🙂

With our application you will increase your satisfaction with life, thanks to everyday good practices and special functionalities, such as gratitude practice, an emotion diary, or a breath break. You will learn to manage emotions and understand them better, and develop yourself thanks to additional development courses and recordings of our guests.

You will only find secular meditations and trivia from the world of psychology. You can use the application regardless of your faith, you will not find content that interferes with your spirituality, only scientifically supported breathing techniques and exercises to support development.

In our application you will not find recordings conducted by actors or lectors. Only practitioners and experienced, certified teachers record for us.

MEDITATION FOR EVERYONE

Meditation can be downloaded and used for free on iPhone, iPad and Android smartphones. Our mission is to give everyone access to free meditation and development.
That's why we provide you with more than 4 full courses for free at the outset.
Introductory course - for those who are just starting their journey with meditation.
"Without fear" course - for difficult times, a course that aims to teach you how to deal with difficult emotions and quickly overcome stress.
The course "For a good sleep" - is a set of meditations conducted for each day of the week. Techniques that will help you sleep peacefully, improve the quality of your sleep and regenerate your body better.
"With nature in the background" - meditations that will calm you down and help you feel like in the bosom of nature.

Meditation App is created with passion to help.
Our mission is to enable everyone to learn and practice meditation for free. Therefore, we will constantly support and develop the free version as well. From time to time, in addition to the courses mentioned above, you will have access to new guided meditation and new functionalities to support your development, such as an emotion diary or gratitude practice.

If you want unlimited access to all content, including development courses of our guests, or you just want to support our development because you think we are doing something good, download the premium version. We finance the application entirely out of our own pocket, wanting to give you something valuable that will positively affect the quality of your life. That's why every support and subscription will be a confirmation for us that it's worth continuing. <3
As gratitude for your trust and subscription, we will provide you with fresh, new content every week in the form of guided meditations, but also development courses and trivia from the world of psychology.

Remember, however, that the subscription will renew automatically and we have no influence on it, because this is already done through your store. To avoid being charged for the next month of using Medistation, remember to cancel your subscription for e.g. 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
