The ZSD mobile application is intended for all consumers of electricity in the region of western Slovakia and currently allows you to:
- search for information about outages and failures in the electricity distribution network
- activate notifications about current failures and planned outages at your consumption points*
- activate notifications about planning to switch from VT to NT and vice versa*
- calculate the electricity meter and display the assumption of future consumption (customers from the Household segment and from the Business segment with annual billing)* www.zsdis.sk/odpocet
- search for a certified electrician near your place of residence
- a quick option for contacting the fault and customer line
- monitor the status of the equipment of the electronic connection request*
- view information about your collection point*
- share information about your collection point*
- report a shortage on the electricity distribution network
*to use some options, you need to register and log in in the application.
