Islam Pro a beautiful android application with ocean of knowledge on Quran, Islam and Prophet Muhammad(PBUH). This has made access to islamic contents and islamic learning easier through use of technology. Salient features of the app are explained briefly.Pressing Menu Bar on top left conrner of the app leads to some options. These aoptions are explained here. First feature or option here is Remove Ads that also has More Adhan Tones features. As the name suggests it is used to remove all ads. Second feature appears here is Settings. This Setting feature of Islam Pro contains a check button under Learn Islam for Quiz of the Day. Setting also has Location Detection Method. This also has Salat Auto Settings check box, Tone Settings and Advance Help. The Settings menu also has Text & Translation feature to select language of translation of Quran. Under this Quran Heading there are Ayah of the Day check box and Reset Quran Setting. Setting also contains Translation and Transliteration check boxes under Duas heading. This Setting menu also has RESET ALL option under General heading.
Language of the app can be selected as per choice of the user from a list of radio buttons appear by click on top left corner menu and tapping on Languages option.
The app can be Shared on clicking the Share Option. This can be shared via Facebook News Feed or whatsapp, chats etc. Users of the app can give their feedback using its Feedback option available in the app. Brief of the version and copy rights can be seen on About Us option. User may also read disclaimer of Islam Pro using Disclaimer option given in the app.
Now we come to the main GUI of the app. Main GUI of Islam Pro consists of nine broader categories explained here one by one.
First feature is Tap to Learn Islam. You can explore about Islam, Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) and Allah's attributes, His forgiveness and mercy. First feature also gives information on pillars of islam, Quran and islamic events. One may also find topics such as Judgement Day, Muslims in the World and Prophets(AS). Moreover this first feature also has information on Daily Life as a Muslim, Islam in Society and Six Articles of Faith.
Second feature of Islam Pro is Salat that gives salat and sun rise timings of the current city using location finder service. One may set alarm for prayer timings as per one's needs.
Third feature of the app is to find qibla using Visual Qibla option. You can find direction of Qibla by placing the smart phone on flat horizontal surface.
Fourth feature of Islam Pro is to read Holy Quran using Quran option. You can select any Surah or Chapter or Verse along with translation. You can also share any Ayah or verse to any socail media platform or other places. You can also close the translation of the Quranic text using Off mode. There are six different translators available in English language. This feature also offers translation of the Holy Quran in Thirteen Languages.
Fifth feature of Islam Pro is its Hijri Calendar or Islamic Calendar.
Sixth feature of the app is to find Mosques. This feature helps find nearby mosques using Google Map Service along with distances and addresses of each mosque in the list.
Seventh feature of the app is to find hotels, restaurants and food sopts offering Halal food. Halal Finder helps locate and find a list of places offering halal food around you. The list has place name, its address and its distance from your current location. This option also uses Google Map service to help navigate them.
Seventh feature of Islam Pro is its Duas section. This section contains duas on following:
You can find duas or prayers on Evening/Morning, Rest Room and Eat/Drink. One may also search duas or prayers on Dressing, Travelling and Family. Other may needs prayers or duas on Home, Blessings and Protection. This feature also has duas or prayers on Forgiveness, Fasting and Hajj & Umrah. The feature also offers prayers and duas on Funeral/Grave, 40 (forty) Rabbanas and Animals.
