We have revamped the Outstation experience on the Meru app. While you could always book Outstation rides on the mobile app, now you can do much more - track your ride, contact the driver, make payments for the ride, rate the ride and submit your feedback. Moreover, you will be informed of all details every step of the way through event-based SMS-es.

Introducing Reserve!
1. Reserve anywhere between 1 to 60 rides in 3 simple steps - Choose Pickup - Drop, Select Number of Rides, Choose Starting Dates for your commute, and Done!
2. Reserve rides One-Way and/or Round Trip between set locations (e.g Home and Work addresses)
3. Reserve more, save more. Get up to 20% off each ride when you reserve round trip rides for a month.
4. Edit/Cancel rides anytime (even after you have paid for a schedule). Reschedule for any other time at no extra cost.

For scheduling your ride up to next 7 days:
Open the app >> Select to ‘Book later’ >> Set your route >> Choose from exact fare as calculated by ExactoMeter or Normal Fare estimation >> Place the booking
You can set your payment mode as ‘Cash’ or ‘Wallet’ of your choice. Pay using multiple in-app wallets (Paytm/ MobiKwik/ FreeCharge/ Citrus/ JioMoney) or Bharat QR Code.
