We've recently upgraded the My EE app to resolve an issue with users seeing an error message when trying to log in, even if you've updated to the latest version.
Some users may be experiencing errors whilst logging in with Fingerprint or PIN. Please try logging in with your username and password instead.
We always aim to provide the best possible service, which is why we've made a few tweaks to the My EE app.
To make the most of this update, you need to download the new version of My EE.
Once the new version's installed you'll need to log in again with your existing password, as your PIN will stop working at some point. If you see an error when using your existing password you may need to update this too.

Sorry to those that have been experiencing and reporting the app crashing the last couple of days. This mainly impacted those of you using Android 11. We've worked hard to resolve it in this version.
Look out for new journeys, including a new EE Shop experience. We’ve given EE’s online store a major facelift. Searching for a brand new phone or upgrade, or looking for a smartwatch, tablet, SIM only plan or mobile gaming options is now much easier.
We’ve made some minor improvements to the My EE app - we always recommend you update to the latest version to enjoy all the new and improved features.
If you have any ideas for features you’d like to see in the app, or there’s anything we can do to make things better for all our users, we’ll be happy to take your ideas on board.

Stay connected data
Data allowance run out? Don't panic, we'll keep you online (but at lower speeds than you're used to) with stay connected data.
To get back to full speed you can buy more data (or have some gifted by the bill payer if you're eligible), or wait until your monthly data allowance starts again.
If your data runs out and you're kept online with stay connected data, we'll pop a notification in My EE to let you know - with the option to buy more data from within the app.
We're always making improvements to the My EE app with every new version we release.

Ordered an eSIM for a compatible pay monthly device? We've now simplified the installation process.
First, you'll receive a notification on the 'springboard' of your My EE app to let you know when your eSIM is ready to download.
Tap the 'Download eSIM' button, then follow the steps to download, install and activate the eSIM profile on your chosen device. SIMple as that!
If you're the bill payer on a pay monthly account, you can now change your price plan 'in life' without calling us or visiting an EE store.
So, you can easily switch to a new plan in just a few minutes - simply go to 'Your plan & add-ons' from the My EE menu, check out the great new plans we've suggested, and see how they compare to your current plan.
We've fixed a minor bug that was causing the My EE app to crash on some Samsung devices. We understand the frustration this has caused.

Add-on reminders: If you've chosen one of our add-ons to check out for a free trial period, you can now set up a reminder to let you know when your free trial is coming to an end. So you can choose whether to keep using the add-on when it becomes paid-for, or remove it from your account - no bill surprise when you’re charged!

Add-on reminders
When you start a free trial of a premium add-on, you can add a reminder to show when the trial ends. You'll be given 7 days notification, so you can decide whether to keep using the add-on once it enters the paid-for period.

Our new Roaming Cost Calculator means you can easily find out how much it'll cost to use your phone when you’re abroad.
Just let us know where you’re travelling to, and we’ll show you the following:
• What is and isn’t included in your allowances (for example calling and texting back home, sending picture messages, use of the internet and access to your voicemails).
• Any out of allowance roaming charges (what you’ll pay for calls, texts and using data abroad).

Great news - you can now get FREE support directly from the My EE app.
Simply navigate to the Help section, tap 'Call Us' - you'll then be able to chat to a member of our team.
And as you're already logged into the app, our customer service agents will have your account information to hand.
The service is free from any EE number in the EU.

For our Pay Monthly customers we’ve made our billing area a little more helpful, by adding help icons that explain parts of your bill.
From 30 April you can get through to EE Support at the touch of a button straight from the app – no need to dial a number or go through additional security. Available for pay monthly mobile customers Mon to Fri, 8am to 9pm or Sat and Sun, 8am to 8pm.
Add To Plan accessories are available to add straight to your basket from the accessories page, and you pay over 11 months – at no extra cost.
You can also check your data, minutes and text allowances in a click from the landing page.
