As a Vattenfall customer, you can quickly find available charging stations in your area using the Vattenfall charging app. The user-friendly operation of the app with various filter functions and clear management of your invoices makes your everyday e-mobility easier.

WHAT THE CHARGING APP OFFER YOU IN DETAIL
INTUITIVE AND SIMPLE OPERATION
The app can be downloaded and registered in just a few steps by entering your Vattenfall contract account number (starting with 83...) completed. The best charging stations for electric vehicles will be suggested to you immediately afterwards. Thanks to the intuitive user interface, you always have an overview.
SIMPLE SELECTION OF CHARGING STATIONS
Charging stations differ according to their charging speed (AC/DC). To quickly find the right charging station, you can filter and sort as you wish in the app. Once you have found a charging station that suits you best, simply add it to your favorites.
AVAILABILITY AND ROUTE PLANNER
Once you have decided where you want to charge your electric car, you can easily navigate there using the route planner. You can also see in real time whether someone is currently charging the battery of their electric car, whether there are problems or whether the station is free. We always keep the charging map up to date so that you only see the charging stations that work.
PAYMENT BY DIRECT DEBIT
You can already see the prices for the charging process in the map view as a price per kilowatt hour (kWh). At the end of the month, you will receive an invoice via the app with all the stations and charging stations where you charged the battery of your electric vehicle. The amount will be debited via SEPA direct debit. You can also easily manage your personal information.
YOUR FAVORITES
In the history you can see where you have already charged your electric car. Is there a charging station that you use regularly? Then you can easily mark it as a favorite. Before you start your journey, do a quick availability check. Alternatively, choose another available charging point where you can charge your electric car.
FEEDBACK FUNCTION AND FAULTS
Were there any problems at a charging station? Then contact the fault hotline directly, which you can find at the charging station. Do you have any questions about the charging station app? Feel free to report this using the integrated e-mobility service function in the app. We will take care of your concerns as quickly as possible so that you can conveniently charge your electric car again.

Note: While using the app, you will sometimes receive emails/notifications from our IT system/backend “chargecloud”. We use this as part of the Vattenfall charging network to operate and bill the charging infrastructure. The IT system and our app are provided by chargecloud GmbH.
