The Vël'Ok app offers comfortable and user-friendly mobile access to all information about the self-service bikes of the Vël'Ok regional project. It is aimed at citizens, tourists, students, professionals who want to move for free via soft mobility on the territory located in the South of Luxembourg.
The user can access the different services that allow:
- to subscribe online to be able to choose from more than 250 bicycles in self-service mode (bikes + e-bikes)
- to find stations with availability of real-time bikes from each station (bikes and e-bikes)
- locate the nearest stations and guide to a station
- to call a hotline directly if there is a problem or to report a technical incident of a station or a bicycle online
